How do I care for my items?

If needed wash in cold water and lay flat to dry and iron on low unless otherwise stated on product care details.

Can I customize a design?

Yes! We offer over 40 shades of thread colors and many different fonts. Please email us if you would like to customize a design.

Can I send you an item I already own to be monogrammed?

We accept a limited amount of items on a case by case basis depending on our current queue of orders. Please email us for more details.

How long will it take before my item ships?

All items are made to order and we are incredibly busy! Please allow up to 4 weeks before your order ships. We do everything we can to ship your items out to you as quickly as possible but cannot make guarantees on exact shipping deadlines. If you need your item faster than this timeframe please email us and we will work with you to see if we can ship your items quicker.

Can I buy your products in local stores?

Yes!! We are so excited to be carried in a large number of stores across the country. Please email us with the city you live and we will let you know if there is a store near you that sells our products.

Can I return my order?

No, we unfortunately are unable to accept returns due to the fact that all orders are custom made.
